Linda Kellett is an independent HR Consultant. She has over twenty five years' HR experience, twenty of those with BDO Dunwoody LLP. She was a Director of Human Resources in BDO's National Office in Toronto. Linda has extensive expertise in the areas of recruitment, compensation, performance management and project management. Cindy Ziobrowski is currently the Director of Human Resources with the Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisor firm, Meyers Norris Penny (MNP). She leads the national Human Resources team as it relates to strategy and program development for this growing professional services firm. Jane McDonald retired from her position as Human Resources Manager for CGI
Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. in Edmonton in 2010 and
is now actively involved in the HR Community as an independent contractor.
Of her more than 40 years’ experience, Jane spent 20 years in Alberta’s oil
and gas industry, and it was in this demanding role that she made the
transition from office administration to human resources. To keep pace with
this dynamic industry, Jane pursues ongoing professional development
activities, earning her RPR and CHRP designations in 1999, and her CMP
designation through IPM in 2004.

Margaret Shannon is a Bilingual lawyer with vast knowledge and experience in the human resources, employment law and labour relations fields within Canada and internationally. She is currently the Director of Collective Bargaining, Interpretation and Recourse at the Canada Revenue Agency and has over the past 20 years held diverse positions with increasing responsibilities in the federal public service. Prior to joining the federal government, Ms. Shannon occupied various positions such as Education Consultant for the Canadian Healthcare Association, Human Resources Advisor for River Valley Health in New Brunswick as well as legal counsel to the New Brunswick Public Employees Association. Ms. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of New Brunswick as well as a Canadian Management Professional Designation (CMP).

Linda is an HR Consultant with over twenty years of Human Resources experience. Fifteen of those years were spent in the field of labour relations within the health care system in Nova Scotia. Linda then switched her focus to training and development for the Halifax Regional Municipality, with a special emphasis on health and safety. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University, a Certificate in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from St. Mary’s University and extensive training in health and safety. She has both her Registered Professional Trainer (RPT) designation from IPM and her CHRP designation.

Administration Certificate from Mount Saint Vincent University. Pat also has
