for their united and individual commitment in supporting IPM's growth and development.
The collective and individual efforts and talents of volunteers contribute toward the success of IPM's mission, which is to network and offer development opportunities through the various accreditation programs and speakers series, as well as enhance the exposure of its members and professional designations within the business community.

| | | Contributing towards maintenance of CHRP designation (i.e. collecting points)

General Expectations and Commitments
| By accepting the role and responsibilities of a volunteer committee member, your commitment will involve the following:
| | Register for and attend at least 75% of the Chapter events per year
| | | Encourage guests to register for events, e.g. at least one registrant per event
| | | Register for and attend the annual Workshops or Conferences
| | | Timely renewal of Association Membership
| | | Active membership on or chairing at least one sub-committee (attend meetings; contribute ideas; take on assigned tasks; meet deadlines; evaluate effectiveness)
| | | Contribute ideas for topics/speakers and assist the Speakers Committee with
| | | Write or find articles for the Members Quarterly Newsletter
| | | Act as ambassador for the Associations, i.e. actively recruit new members, bring colleagues to Chapter Meetings/Conferences; help market the Associations
| | | Contribute to the evaluation of the Associations' directions and activities
